Mr. Robert C. Mayes
President & CEO

Mr. Mayes is the chairman of the board and
portfolio manager of BlueCreek Investment Partners, LLC. A founding partner at
the firm, Mr. Mayes began his career in financial planning and asset management
in 1982 with Merrill Lynch. During his 20 years with the firm, he worked as a
Portfolio Manager and also as a branch officer from 1996 to 1999. Mr. Mayes is active in the community,
including serving as member of the board for the Huntsville Hospital Foundation
and as a member of the Business Advisory Council for the University of
Alabama – Huntsville. He is aslo a member of the board at The Buckley School of
Public Speaking.

Mr. Alan L. Bagwell, CPA
CFO
|
|
Alan L. Bagwell, CPA, serves as chief financial officer for BlueCreek. He also is the chief compliance officer for the
firm, a registered securities principal, a registered financial advisor, and a registered financial operations
principal (Finop). For more than 27 years, Mr. Bagwell worked in public
accounting, helping individuals and small businesses with their income taxes
and estate planning. He is known for his personalized attention for each
individual. Mr. Bagwell has served on the boards of various civic
organizations. At present, he is a member of the Arab (AL) City Industrial
Development Board.

Dr. Robert E. Brooks, CFA
Sr. Quantitative Analyst
|
|
A founding partner at BlueCreek Investment Partners, Dr. Brooks is the senior
quantitative analyst at the firm as well as a member of the board. In addition,
Dr. Brooks is a professor of finance at The University of Alabama and is the
president of Financial Risk Management, LLC.
Dr. Brooks has led executive training in derivatives to Korea Development Bank,
Alabama Power, Ameren Energy, Aquila, Thotwave, and Southern Wholesale Energy. He taught the derivative securities
section of “The Financial Analysts Review” program for the chartered financial
analyst (CFA) exam in 1992, 1993, and 1998 until the present. Also for the CFA
exam, he taught the debt securities section at Level II in 1999 and 2000.
Dr. Brooks received is Ph.D. in Finance from The University of Florida and his
Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University.
He has published more than 55 articles, primarily on financial derivatives and
debt securities, and authored the book Building
Financial Derivatives Applications with C++.

Dr. Cobb Alexander
|
|
Dr. Alexander is a Board Certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine and joint replacement surgery.
A graduate of Washington and Lee University in Virginia, he received his M.D. from Vanderbilt University. In 1987, he
completed his orthopaedic residency at the Greenville Hospital System in Greenville, South Carolina. In 1988, he completed a combined
fellowship in joint replacement surgery and sports medicine, the former at New England Baptist Hospital and the latter at Children’s Hospital, both
in Boston.

Mr. Tom Houser
|
|
Mr. Houser initially served a career as a military pilot and manager of
defense research programs, including defensive missiles in the Strategic
Defense Initiative. He became the President and COO of MEVATEC
Corporation in 1989 which was merged with BAE Systems in 2003. During this fourteen year span, MEVATEC grew
from $50,000 in sales to over $120 million and won numerous awards for
excellence. At BAE Systems, he continued
to run daily operations for the merged business unit, but also worked in
strategic planning and mergers and acquisitions. In 2006, he became a senior consultant for
mergers and acquisitions with ISI, an investment banking firm. Mr. Houser serves on several charitable,
civic, and for profit boards.

Mr. Ralph Malone
|
|
Mr. Malone has taken the discipline and drive he used as a defensive end and special teams
player for the Cleveland Browns, L.A. Raiders and Miami Dolphins into a
successful business career. He is the CEO and president of Triana Industries,
Inc. (TII), a manufacturer of wire harnesses and cable assemblies, primarily
servicing the automotive industry. Under his leadership, TII received the “2001
Alabama Manufacturer of the Year Award” from the Business Council of Alabama,
and United Technologies' “Minority Business Enterprise Supplier Excellence
Award.”

Mr. Roy Nichols
|
|
Mr. Nichols is a nationally recognized expert in
the fields of defense systems and information technology. He worked for the University of Michigan's
Institute of Technology and McDonnell Douglas' Astronautics before forming his own company, Nichols Research, in 1976. Nichols
Research was named one of the best small companies in the U.S. by Forbes, Fortune and Business Week, and it merged with Computer Sciences Corp. (CSC) in
1999.

Mrs. Cindy Strickland
|
|
Mrs. Strickland has been operating a political consulting and fundraising business since 1990.
Her clients include: Luther Strange, Gov. Bob Riley, Gov. Haley Barbour, Congressman Mike Rogers,
and State Rep. Paul DeMarco. From 1986 until 1990 Cindy operated at Paler Marketing, a full-service
advertising agency in Decatur. Cindy serves on various community boards including the Alabama Symphony
Orchestra, the Baker Foundation and is actively involved in a violin program operating in at-risk public
schools in several counties.
Mrs. Strickland is married to Andy Strickland who has served as Jefferson
County Attorney for forty years.
